Welcome to the virtual home of the Woodland Toy Library!
What is the Woodland Toy Library (WTL)? Well, as its name suggests, it’s a library, so you can borrow items. It has toys. And it’s located in Woodland, CA.
We are a community service organization sponsored by the City of Woodland. All Yolo County families are eligible for membership.
The WTL is a lot like a book-lending library, except you can check out toys instead. As a member, you may check out up to three items for a three-week period. When you return them, you can check out others.
What are the advantages to borrowing toys?
- You reduce clutter in your home – no need to store toys that your child has a short interest in.
- You save money – why buy when you can borrow?
- It’s a great way to “test run” a toy before making a purchase.
- Grandparents, this is an excellent way to keep your grandkids happy when they come and visit and keep you happy when they are gone.
There is something for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and grade-school-aged kids. Come see us and find out more!
